Practical oversight does not resolve contractual disputes or establish a right to stop payments. Our lawyer can assess delays, contractual remedies or representation within an agreed legal scope, with those fees included in your quote. Engineering findings and payment-stage certification are provided by our technical specialists where included in the agreed scope. We cannot guarantee completion dates or that a developer will remedy an issue.

Practical meeting coordination or attendance can be included if agreed and available. If you need legal advice or representation at the meeting, we include our lawyer’s agreed work in your quote and arrange the legal engagement. The engagement does not add a fee for the same work.
