We gather the agreed information, research the developer or project, arrange visits and coordinate follow-up. Updates identify sources, what was observed and what still needs professional assessment.
We manage the agreed service from start to finish. Our lawyer carries out the legal checks and our technical specialists perform the included assessments. Their agreed fees are included in your total quote. Our lawyer’s separate legal engagement defines their responsibilities to you; it does not mean an additional fee for the same agreed work. Our updates distinguish documents received, reviews in progress and findings reported.
